I can't recommend Auto Mart enough! I recently bought a 2015 Subaru Outback here and it was easily the best car shopping/buying experience I've had! Chris was absolutely wonderful! He was so patient, kind, and incredibly helpful! He and Peter made the entire process from looking at cars and test driving some to signing paperwork at the end so easy and seem less! Thank you so much!

I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and helped me find the right truck for my needs and budget.The buying process was smooth and straightforward, and I appreciated how honest and respectful everyone was throughout the transaction. I drove away feeling confident that I made the right choice.If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers and provides outstanding service, I highly recommend giving them a visit. This is the place for you to get your next vehicle. I called to ask about a car on their site, and from the first moment Chris answered, the attitude was on point. I actually felt welcomed and excited for the “come on down, we will see you in a bit!”The car was exactly as advertised - a 2017 Subaru Legacy - and really beautiful for a nearly 10 year old car. Looking around the lot you can tell they care about the cars they’re putting their customers in; clean, very few or no blemishes on cars that have every right to be beat up, but aren’t. They don’t seem to sell any garbage here, and their prices easily matched or beat cars not nearly on the same level at other lots I visited.I’m one of those trusting guys that needs to be wary of being taken for a ride, and where I constantly felt taken advantage of at other lots, there wasn’t a moment of that here. I honestly don’t know if Chris could have been more transparent. I really do believe if he didn’t think this was the car for me, he would have found the one instead of convincing me just to buy this one.Customer service? Unbeatable. A cold water while you wait or walk around the lot in crazy summer heat wasn’t offered anywhere else. Chris seemed more concerned with making sure I was comfortable before we even talked business; I never felt rushed, or pushed in any direction.The coverage plans they offered for the car - since it was passed warranty - were fully explained, and actually weren’t oversold at all. Instead of pushing me to spend more, Chris made sure I not only understood what each helped with, but insisted on the less expensive option to best suit my needs! When have you ever seen a salesman let you know you didn’t need to spend more? That’s service.Needless to say: I bought the car immediately.The entire process took what felt like no time at all. Chris and the team took care of basically everything while I was at work, and then even helped me complete the insurance binder with Geico! He made the call while I only gave necessary information! It was an above and beyond experience that made buying a used car feel like buying luxury. Small details made a massive difference in the experience.Between feeling like I made a friend, and found the right car for me, I couldn’t be happier as a customer.If you go anywhere, you may as well go here first and try saving your time, money, and sanity. They’ll take care of you, and as a buyer I can guarantee that.

Recently bought a truck here, 2 different guys helped me on three different days. I was just looking the first day, getting details the second, and making a deal on the third. Both gave really good service and the process was made super easy and quick. All I did was provide necessary info over email and over the phone and by the third day all I had to do was show up, sign papers, I was out of there within like an hour. I got a beautiful 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat from here and it's been the dream truck I never dreamed of. The idea of switching to a Ford was just in the back of my mind but when I saw this I knew I needed it. Such a damn beauty. I was literally there truck shopping with a friend and I was the one that left with a new truck 😂.

Saw a GMC Sierra in the year, miles and price I’d been looking for. Contacted Pete at the dealership and got all my questions answered.Flew into Manchester and Pete was good enough to pick me up at my hotel and give me a lift to the dealership. Transaction was efficient and accurate. Truck only had a half tank of gas in it, so when I have a spare 9 hours some time maybe I’ll drive back to Derry and get them to fill it up!!!! 🤣🤣
